Elena Kagan: Bought And Paid For By The Saudi Royal Family

From The Patriot Word:

Monday, July 26, 2010Elena Kagan: Bought and Paid For by the Saudi Royal Family

Kagan is bought and paid for by the Saudi Royal family. It's quid pro-quo in reverse, just like the Godfather. First the payoff, then the favors.

How much would an adversary of the United States being willing to pay to put a friendly face on the United States Supreme Court? The answer appears to be $20 million dollars, that’s what Saudi Royal Family’s Kingdom Foundation endowed to Harvard University in 2005 to establish an Islamic Studies program after being invited by Elena Kagan.

The Kingdom Foundation endowed $20 million in 2005 to establish an Islamic Studies program at Harvard University.

As solicitor general, she's the gate keeper to the Supreme Court. Using her authority, she argues cases and files briefs on behalf of the United States Government among other things. Recently, she filed a brief essentially blocking lawsuits brought by 9/11 victims families against the Saudi Royal family for sending millions of dollars to Al Qaeda before 9/11. She clearly and obviously argued a position contrary to the intention of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, which declares foreign Sovereigns immune from prosecution by State and Federal Courts except in special cases; one of those special cases is terrorism. She ignored this connection and argued that the 9/11 victims claims would be bad politics in so many words.

She has also used her power as Solicitor General to block actions seeking the truth about Obama's qualification to be president.

President Obama has publicly stated his preference for Islam and Sharia.

The Saudi Royal family’s efforts to promote Islam and Sharia Islamic Law worldwide are well established and documented facts.

Kagan’s active promotion of Islamic Law and invitation of the Saudi Royal Family's Kingdom Foundation to Harvard are not unrelated incidents. Her blocking the 9/11 families from prosecuting the Saudi Royal family for the millions of dollars they gave to Al Qeada before 9/11, also is not a coincidence. The fact that President Obama, another promoter of Islam chose her to be the gate keeper to the Supreme Court was no coincidence. The fact that she has denied petitions seeking discovery of evidence related to Obama's status relative to being a Natural Born Citizen is also no coincidence, nor is Obama's nominating her to the Supreme Court. A long sequence of events with one central connecting fact is not coincidence, it is design.

Is she aware of her role as a puppet? Does it really matter? Her loyalties are not to the United States and certainly not to the United States Constitution; she whether she knows it or not an agent of the Saudi Royal family, much like the person that nominated her...
