From AFLC:

INTERVIEW: AFLC's David Yerushalmi on the status of the American Laws for American Courts legislation

AFLC Co-Founder and Senior Counsel David Yerushalmi appeared on the Janet Mefferd Show to discuss the status of the American Laws for American Courts(ALAC) legislation nationwide.  Yerushalmi drafted the model language for ALAC.

As you know, Yerushalmi is an expert on Islamic law, or sharia, and its intersection with Islamic terrorism and national security.  American Laws for American Courts is crafted to protect the constitutional rights of American citizens from the pernicious effects of foreign laws and legal doctrines, such as sharia, that undermine those rights.
